Trash/Recycling Collection Information
Trash/Recycling Collection is provide by Howard County (410) 313-6444
WEDNESDAYS - Regular trash is collected
MONDAYS - Recycling & Yard Waste is collected
Yard Waste--must have bag open so County collector can see that it is yard waste. You may call 410-313-6444 or email help@HowardCountyRecycles.org with questions regarding recycling, yard trim and trash.
Bulk Trash - Homeowner responsibility; take to Alpha Ridge Landfill located at 2350 Marriottsville Road, Marriottsville. For additional information, call Howard County at: 410-313-6444
Holiday trees are collected on yard trim day (Friday) through third week in January, and thereafter on trash day (Wednesday); trees must be cut into less than 4 foot lengths and tied.
